Terms of service
These terms govern the automotive assistance services provided by JNO Motors. For each project they are supplemented by a personalised quote, which prevails over any conflicting general provision.

Scope
JNO Motors provides intermediation and assistance services: car sourcing, pre-purchase inspection, negotiation, transport arrangement, support with registration formalities and coordination of reconditioning work.
JNO Motors does not sell the vehicle: the sale takes place between the client and the seller, whether a business or a private individual. JNO Motors is not a dealer or authorised distributor for any car brand.
The exact scope, price and timeline of each assignment are set out in the quote accepted by the client.
Quote and formation of the contract
Every assignment is subject to a written quote, free of charge and without obligation, setting out the scope, price and estimated timeline.
The contract is formed when the client expressly accepts the quote. Stated timelines are good-faith estimates: they depend on third parties (seller, carrier, authorities) and are not a guaranteed completion date.
Price and payment
Prices are set out in the quote. Unless stated otherwise, they exclude the price of the vehicle, registration duties and the French CO2 tax, which remain payable by the client.
Payment terms — any deposit, instalments and accepted methods — are specified in the quote.
Where a deposit is required, its amount, due date and treatment in the event of cancellation are stated in the quote before acceptance.
JNO Motors’ obligations
JNO Motors undertakes to carry out its assignment with diligence and good faith, to inform the client of anything that may call the purchase into question, and to pass on in full the information gathered during the inspection.
This is an obligation of means: JNO Motors does not guarantee the absence of hidden defects, the seller’s conduct, or the processing times of public authorities.
Client obligations
The client provides accurate information about the project, their tax residence and the intended use of the vehicle, and supplies the documents required for the formalities on time.
The client remains solely responsible for the purchase decision and for complying with their own legal and tax obligations, including the requirement for a French resident to register their vehicle in France.
Right of withdrawal
A consumer client contracting at a distance has fourteen days to withdraw, without having to give reasons.
If the client expressly asks for performance to begin before that period expires, they remain liable for the amount corresponding to the service already provided. Withdrawal is no longer available once the service has been fully performed with the client’s prior express agreement and acknowledgement of the loss of that right.
To exercise this right, simply send an unambiguous request to contact@jnomotors.com.
Liability
JNO Motors is liable only for its own failings and, save in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, up to the amount of the fees received for the file concerned.
Excluded in particular are losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the client, from the seller or a third party, and from delays attributable to public authorities.
Complaints, mediation and disputes
Complaints should be sent to contact@jnomotors.com. We undertake to reply as quickly as possible.
Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The contact details of the competent mediator are provided on request at contact@jnomotors.com.
