Data collected and purposes
Contact form — name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message. Used solely to handle your enquiry and reply to you. Legal basis: your request, as a pre-contractual step.
Audience measurement — only if you consent via the banner shown on arrival, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure site traffic. Your IP address is anonymised. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
No data is collected without your knowledge, and we carry out no profiling or automated decision-making.
Recipients
Your data is never sold, rented or transferred for commercial purposes.
It may be processed by our technical providers acting on our behalf: FormSubmit (delivery of form messages), Google Ireland Limited (audience measurement, if accepted) and our hosting provider.
Where a transfer outside the European Union is necessary, it relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, in particular the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Messages received through the form or by email: three years from the last exchange.
Documents relating to a client file: the statutory retention period applicable to accounting and contractual records.
Audience measurement cookies: thirteen months at most.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@jnomotors.com. Proof of identity may be requested where there is serious doubt about the requester’s identity.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in France the CNIL (cnil.fr), in the Czech Republic the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.cz).
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and no social network cookies.
Only audience measurement cookies may be set, and only after your explicit acceptance. Declining does not affect how the site works.
